Sandy Merrill is the Owner and Founder of the Mosaic Insurance Alliance, AZ. However, this is not Sandy's first go round with insurance. Sandy has spent the last 35 years protecting families here in Arizona. Sandy is a second generation insurance agent, her mother, Lillien, recently retired from the industry. "It's safe to say there are a lot of family dinners that involve shop talk" says Sandy. Prior to Mosaic, Sandy owned The Sandy Merrill agency in Bullhead City, AZ. Sandy was then given the opportunity to recruit, hire, and train new agents around the state of Arizona to own their agencies. After 7 years of helping others get their business's going Sandy realized how much she missed working one on one with clients and decided to open her own agency, this time with daughter Sara.

Having owned her own business for many years Sandy is passionate about helping other business owners properly insure their business. Sandy also believes in giving back to the community in which she does business, she is a member of the Prescott Valley Rotary, the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Yavapai County Contractors Association.

When Sandy is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with husband John and her yorkipoo Remi. Sandy and John love to ride Harleys, go 4-wheeling, and fishing.
